Carlie joined the Needham family in December of 2024. She is from right here in Wilmington. She attended Ashley High School. She currently does not have any pets, but enjoys being around them in the workplace. She enjoys thrifting, clothes, food and crafts and one day hopes to work in interior design, real estate and fashion.
